We have developed a new technology for lowering and re-hosting of generator, gear box and blade by using derrick and electrical winch system. Having done such kind of job repeatedly we found its cost effective and at the same time our carefully and accurately designed out structure take care all risk factor and safety measures. Also handling and transportation was made easier and our well trained team executes the work with ease and within a span.
We have successfully completed more than 2000 Nos of Generator, Rotor blades, * Gearbox Lowering & Re-hosting work in different type WEG’s Make of NEPC, AMTL, VESTAS RRB, PIONEER WINCON, VESTAS, SUZLON AND GAMESA.
Now we have successfully completed GAMESA 850 KW WEG Generator and Gear Box, Lowering and Re-hosting work by using Electric winch and Electric jigs crane.
We are the first person for lowering and Re-Hosting of Generators & Blade from the GAMESA 850 KW WEG for repair work. The Generator and Blade are Dismantled using special derrick and our special Electrical winch system.
